Plan a cheer campaign around specific costs

Define the campaign purpose. List the specific competition, travel, uniform, equipment, choreography, or facility costs the program plans to fund.

Choose the giving method. A team can offer direct online gifts, participant QR cards, an event, store items, or a combination that fits its fulfillment capacity.

Set the tracking scope. Decide whether completed gifts should be reported by cheerleader, squad, class, or the campaign as a whole.

Document payment and reporting. Choose a supported payment mode, identify who reconciles transactions, and decide which reports the booster club or program needs.

Cheer fundraising features in ScanRaise

Each cheerleader gets a personalized QR code on a printed card or a shareable link. Supporters scan and pay by card from their phone. Apple Pay or Google Pay may appear when supported.

A campaign display can show current cheerleader, squad, group, and campaign totals without changing the underlying transaction records.

Sell showcase tickets, manage spirit-wear orders, and run a silent auction. ScanRaise can publish in-person raffle details, but paid online raffle ticket sales are not available.

Connected campaigns receive funds through the organization's Stripe account. Approved platform campaigns receive monthly payouts. Standard fundraising has a 2.5% platform fee per donation, and payment processing is separate.
