Plan a dance campaign around specific costs

Define the campaign purpose. List the specific recital, travel, costume, training, scholarship, or equipment costs the studio plans to fund.

Choose the giving method. A studio can offer direct online gifts, dancer QR cards, recital tickets, store items, or a combination that fits its fulfillment capacity.

Set the tracking scope. Decide whether completed gifts should be reported by dancer, class, company, or the campaign as a whole.

Document participant privacy. Set organizer-approved display names and follow the studio or school's consent process before publishing participant pages.

Plan payment and reporting. Choose a supported payment mode, identify who reconciles transactions, and decide which reports the studio or booster group needs.
