Each dancer or cheerleader gets a printable QR card and donation link, and gifts are tracked by participant and by class, company, or squad. How a studio or squad uses it

1. Name the cost. Set a goal for one expense, such as competition travel, new uniforms and bows, or a choreographer, and say how the money will be used.

2. Add the roster. Add each dancer or cheerleader and group them by class, company, or squad. Set display names and follow your studio's or school's consent process before pages go live.

3. Share the cards. Participants hand out cards and send their links to family. Put the campaign's QR code in the recital program or on a sign at a showcase or car wash.

4. Report. Review completed gifts by participant and group, and export reports for the studio owner or booster treasurer. Donations go straight to your organization's own Stripe account.

Create free or paid ticket tiers for a recital, showcase, or awards night, and check guests in at the door.

Studio and spirit-wear store

List shirts, bows, bags, and other items with sizes and inventory. Owners and admins can manage products and inventory from Products on the organization page.

Banquet auction

Run a silent auction from phones, with reserves, buy-now prices, and an email when someone is outbid.

Dance-a-thons

Sponsors pledge per minute danced, and participants record time with a timer in the phone browser. ScanRaise flags suspicious entries so you can check them before any sponsor is charged.

For school use, ScanRaise is listed in the SDPC resource registry and provides parental-consent and student-data controls designed to support schools' COPPA and FERPA obligations. What it costs

ScanRaise keeps 2.5% of each donation, and Stripe charges a card-processing fee. There is no setup or monthly fee.
