ScanRaise lets a booster club run fundraising for every sport under one organization. Each athlete gets a QR card and donation link, gifts are tracked by athlete and team, and the board can see totals for the whole athletic program.

How a booster club uses it

1. Set up the club. Create the booster club online, then run one drive for the whole athletic program or a separate campaign for each sport. Donations go straight to the club's own Stripe account.

2. Load the rosters. Upload each team's roster and group athletes by sport and level, such as varsity football or JV volleyball.

3. Share it at games. Athletes give cards to family, and a sign with the campaign's QR code at the gate or the concession stand reaches everyone in the stands.

4. Report to the board. See totals by athlete, team, and campaign, and export donations as a CSV for the treasurer's report.

Sponsors pledge per mile, and runners log distance with GPS in the phone browser. ScanRaise flags suspicious entries so you can check them before any sponsor is charged.

What it costs

ScanRaise keeps 2.5% of each donation. Stripe also charges a card-processing fee. There is no setup or monthly fee.
