School District Fundraising Platform
ScanRaise gives your district one fundraising system with per-school totals, school sign-in options when enabled and approved by the provider and district, and controls designed to support school privacy obligations.
What ScanRaise offers districts
Multi-school rollup
After ScanRaise enables district access, see each school's fundraising totals and campaign counts, and export donation records.
ClassLink, Google, and Microsoft SSO
ClassLink role-aware sign-in is built for enabled districts. Production access is enabled per district and depends on provider and district approval. Google for Education and Microsoft 365 sign-in are separate options, and teachers can use Clever only where the current Library listing and approvals allow.
Data agreements
ScanRaise is listed in the SDPC resource registry and reviews district DPAs. Each organization controls participant display names and photo collection.
2.5% flat fee
A 2.5% platform fee per donation for every school, with payment processing separate.
Events, auctions, raffles, store
Gala tickets, silent auctions with mobile bidding, raffle details for in-person ticket sales, and a merchandise store. Owners and admins can manage products and inventory from Products on the organization page.
Donor email and records
Branded donor emails and one record per donor across donations, tickets, orders, and bids, with tags, notes, and CSV export.
How it works for a district
1. Review the DPA
Send your district's data agreement. We document the SDPC listing, consent controls, data flows, and retention so both sides can approve it.
2. Schools onboard themselves
Each PTA or booster club signs in with a magic link or an enabled school sign-in provider, creates its campaign, and uploads its roster.
3. District retrieves a rollup
District access includes CSV exports. It does not currently include campaign status or a compliance audit feed.
