ClassLink role-aware sign-in is built for enabled districts. Production access is enabled per district and depends on provider and district approval. Google for Education and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID sign-in are separate options. Individual teachers can use Clever only where the current Library listing and required approvals make it available.
Vendor data agreement ready
ScanRaise is listed in the SDPC resource registry and reviews district DPAs. Parental-consent, public-name, and access controls are documented. Organizations configure photo collection and participant display names; the product does not use automated face detection.
2.5% flat fee

GPS-verified walkathons
Walkathons can use per-mile pledges. Phone-browser GPS distance tracking with path and speed checks and phone-browser step counting are the primary activity paths. Participants can optionally connect Fitbit, select a day, review that day's daily summary of steps, distance, and active minutes, and choose whether to import it. Athon tools are built for district-wide participation.
QR-code fundraising
Every participant gets a unique QR card. Donors scan and give from their phone. No app, no cash, no guessing who donated.
Events, auctions, raffles, store
Gala ticketing, silent auctions with real-time bidding, raffles, and a spirit-wear merchandise store. All built in, not bolted on.
Email campaigns and donor CRM

How it works for a district
1. Review the DPA
Send us your district's vendor data agreement for review. We document the SDPC listing, consent controls, data flows, retention, and configuration responsibilities so both parties can evaluate and execute an approved agreement.
2. Schools onboard themselves
Each PTA or booster club signs in via ClassLink, Google for Education, Microsoft 365, or a magic link, creates their campaign, uploads their roster. Each school completes these steps online.
3. Fundraisers run
Kids get QR cards or phone links. Donors scan and give. Walkathons use GPS tracking. Silent auctions use real-time bidding. All in one place.
4. District retrieves a rollup
Provisioned district access can retrieve totals, campaign counts, per-school breakdowns, and CSV or JSON exports. It does not currently include campaign status or a compliance audit feed.
