For one time gifts, donors can add an estimated amount toward platform and processing fees. Actual processing costs may vary. Recurring gifts charge the selected amount, with fees deducted from proceeds.

Pricing questions

Are there setup, monthly, or contract fees?
Not for standard fundraising. You pay the 2.5% platform fee only when a donation goes through, plus Stripe processing. Political campaigns can choose a paid plan, listed below.
When do we get the money?
Use your organization's Stripe account, let ScanRaise collect, or link QR cards to existing donation pages; see how the collection choices work. If you use your organization's Stripe account, Stripe pays your bank according to your account's verification status and payout schedule. The first payout usually arrives 7 to 14 days after the first successful live payment and may take longer.
What happens to the fees when a donation is refunded?
Dashboard refunds are not on for every account yet. When they are, the donor gets the full charge back and ScanRaise returns its 2.5% fee. Stripe keeps its processing fee, so your organization absorbs that cost.
Which payment methods can donors use?
Cards. Apple Pay or Google Pay appear when the donor's device, browser, and country and your Stripe settings support them. Donors do not need an account or an app.
Is there district or league pricing?
Districts, leagues, and groups of organizations can contact us about district pricing. Otherwise the fee is 2.5%.

Political campaigns

Political campaigns pay the same 2.5% on donations. Campaigns that need canvassing tools can add a monthly plan, priced per campaign.
