ScanRaise gives every band, orchestra, and choir student a QR card and donation link to share with family and friends. Gifts are tracked by student and by section or ensemble, so directors and boosters can follow progress toward uniforms, instruments, or the competition trip. How it works for a music program

1. Create the campaign. A director or booster officer sets up the campaign online and sets the goal, whether it is new uniforms or the competition trip. Donations go straight to your music boosters' own Stripe account.

2. Organize by section. Upload the roster and group students by section or ensemble, so you can see that the trumpets are ahead and the choir needs a push.

3. Share it around concerts. Students hand out cards and text their links to relatives who live far away. Print the campaign's QR code in the concert program, and the audience can give at intermission.

4. Track and export. See totals by student and section, and export donations as a CSV for the booster treasurer.

For concerts and the banquet

Concert tickets

Sell tickets to the winter concert or the band banquet, and scan each ticket's QR code at the door.

Banquet auction

Run the banquet silent auction from phones. Bidders get an email when someone outbids them.

Play-a-thons

Sponsors pledge per minute played, and students log practice time with a timer in the phone browser. ScanRaise flags suspicious entries so you can check them before any sponsor is charged.

Live display

Put the uniform fund total on the screen at the banquet or a concert.

What families get and what the director sees

Every student's card carries the campaign, your organization, a QR code, a typed link, and the display name an adult approved. A gift made through that card counts for that student and for the student's section. Gifts made through the campaign QR code in a concert program count toward the band total without crediting a student.

The organization report lists each gift with its group and participant and ranks participants by amount raised, so the treasurer sees both the section view and the student view. Sample numbers are illustrative, not results from any band.
