For school fundraising organizations

School Fundraising Platform for PTAs, Teams, and Clubs

Set up a school campaign, add participants, generate individual QR cards, accept online donations, and review results in one browser-based system. ScanRaise is self-service software for organizations that plan and run their own fundraiser.

Who this school fundraising software fits

PTAs and PTOs. Organizers can create school-wide or group-based campaigns, generate participant QR cards, and export donation records.
Teams, bands, clubs, and booster groups. Each participant can have a separate fundraiser code while every donation rolls up to the campaign.
Schools that run their own events. ScanRaise supplies the software. It does not provide a managed event team, product catalog, or on-site fundraising staff.
District-wide programs need a separate review. Provisioned multi-school summaries and SSO rollouts are described on the school district fundraising page.

A four-step school fundraising workflow

1. Create the campaign. An adult organizer creates the organization and campaign online, then selects a supported payment mode.
2. Add participants. Type names, paste a roster, upload a CSV, or use an enabled roster integration. Participants do not register themselves today.
3. Share QR cards and links. Download printable per-person QR cards or share the corresponding fundraiser links. Donors use their phone browser and do not need a ScanRaise account.
4. Review and export. Organizers can review campaign and donation activity, see participant attribution, and export donation data as CSV.

School-ready capabilities that are available now

Magic link and passkey sign-in

Account holders can sign in with a one-time email magic link or a WebAuthn passkey such as Touch ID, Face ID, or Windows Hello. Review sign-in help.

Clever and ClassLink SSO

Both integrations are built for enabled accounts. Availability depends on the provider and any required school or district approval. Review the Clever requirements and ClassLink requirements.

Stripe payments

Connected campaigns use the organization's Stripe account. Approved organizations can instead use platform collection with monthly payouts. Review payment setup.

Reporting and exports

Organizers can review donations and participant attribution in the dashboard and export donation data as CSV. See the full product workflow.

Per-person QR cards

Generate print-ready QR cards for individual participants, groups, or classes. The organizer reviews names before publishing. See the QR card workflow.

Published standard fee

Standard fundraising has a 2.5% ScanRaise platform fee per donation. Payment processing is separate. Read the current pricing details.
