Start a School Fundraiser

Who runs it

Principals and school offices. One campaign can cover the whole school, with each class or grade as a group and every student's gifts counting toward the school total.

How a school-wide campaign works

1. Create the campaign. An adult sets up the organization and campaign online and connects the organization's Stripe account.

2. Add students. Type names, paste a roster, upload a CSV, or use an enabled roster integration, with classes or grades as groups. Participants do not register themselves today.

3. Send QR cards home. Print a QR card for each student or share their link. Donors give from their phone browser with no account.

4. Watch totals and export. See totals by student, class, and grade, and export donation data as CSV.

School-ready capabilities that are available now

Magic link and passkey sign-in

Account holders can sign in with a one-time email magic link or a WebAuthn passkey such as Touch ID, Face ID, or Windows Hello. Review sign-in help.

School approval still matters

Can students register themselves for a ScanRaise school fundraiser?

No. Organizers add participants by typing names, pasting a roster, uploading a CSV, or using an enabled roster integration. Participants do not self-register today.

Which school sign-in options does ScanRaise support?
