Scan-to-Donate QR Cards for Fundraising

ScanRaise creates a unique donation URL and printable QR card for each fundraiser or participant added to a campaign. A supporter can scan the code or type the printed URL to open that fundraiser's giving page. No ScanRaise donor app or account is required.

What appears on each QR donation card

One link per fundraiser. A campaign-level fundraiser or a participant on a roster can have a unique QR code and short donation URL.
1-up, 2-up, or 4-up PDF layouts. Download one card per page, two landscape cards on a letter page, or four cards in a 2-by-2 letter-page grid. Partial final pages leave unused card positions blank.
Organization logo and fundraiser details. The card uses the fixed ScanRaise blue design and can include the organization's uploaded logo, the organization name, the campaign name, and the fundraiser name.
A printed donation URL. The short scanraise.com/d/<short_code> address appears under the QR code so a supporter can type or share the same link.
An optional participant line. A participant card can display "Raised by" with the organizer-approved display name. Campaign-level cards can omit that line.
Self-serve or partner printing. Organizers can download the PDF for local printing or check the ScanRaise print partner directory for available printing options.

Where organizations can place QR cards

School and PTA campaigns. Add organizer-approved participant display names, distribute take-home cards, and place campaign cards at check-in tables, performances, games, and parent events. See the school fundraising platform for school-specific account and payment details.
Walk-a-thons and fun runs. A participant card can open the participant's page for a flat gift or a configured per-unit pledge.
Community tables and events. Place a campaign card beside a clear giving request. Transaction confirmations are emailed after completed online gifts. Tax acknowledgment depends on the organization and whether a donor received goods or services.
Programs, signs, and counters. A card can be printed in an event program, displayed at a counter, or added to a sign wherever a supporter can safely stop and scan.
