Every fundraiser on ScanRaise gets a printable QR donation card. Donor pulls out a phone, scans, gives in 30 seconds. No app to install. No account to create. Card carries the org logo, accent color, fundraiser name, the donate URL, and the QR code itself. Print 1, 2, or 4 cards per page; ship to print partners or print on the office printer.

What ships with the card system
One card per fundraiser. Every fundraiser (whether a single class fund or a 200-student walk-a-thon roster) gets a unique card with its own short_code, QR, and donate URL.
1up / 2up / 4up print layouts. Pick the layout that fits the order: 1up for a single high-impact handout, 2up for letter-portrait stacked, 4up for tear-and-distribute (200 cards = 50 pages of 4up). All three layouts ship as ready-to-print PDFs.
Branded with org logo + accent color. Upload the org's logo (PNG / JPG / GIF / WebP) once; every card across every campaign carries it. Accent color drives the card's top band; matches the donate page so the brand reads consistently scan-to-donate.
Donate URL printed on every card. "scanraise.com/d/<short_code>" sits below the QR code so donors can also type the URL into a browser if scanning fails. Belt and suspenders.
"Raised by [name]" line. When the fundraiser has a display name (a student's name in a school athon), the card shows "Raised by Sarah K". When the fundraiser is org-level (a campaign-wide card), the line stays clean.
Print-partner integration. Send the print-ready PDF to a print partner directly from the dashboard. The partner ships the printed deck back. Optional but convenient for orgs that don't want to babysit an office printer for 50 pages.
Where QR cards earn their keep
School fundraisers. Each student takes home their own card. Per-kid roster + per-class leaderboard. Replaces the lost-in-the-backpack paper order form.
Walk-a-thon / fun-run pledge cards. Each participant carries their card to the start tent. Sponsors scan and pledge per mile right there.
Bake sale + community-day tabling. Print 50 cards. Every customer at the bake sale scans on their way out. Tax receipts auto-emailed. No cash box stress.
Venue-partner cart-mode collection. Escape rooms, breweries, restaurants distribute paper QR cards as part of their team-building or fundraiser-night package. Bosses scan + cart-pay on exit.
