Completed donations, confirmed ticket purchases, and paid store orders roll up by email. Lifetime giving and configurable donor tiers are calculated from completed donations only. Auction and raffle activity is not included in this CRM view. Add tags and admin notes for manual stewardship, then search or export using the available filters.

Unified donor record. Completed donations, confirmed tickets, and paid store orders with the same email address appear in one donor view. Search by name or email, date range, amount, or recurring-only status. Auction and raffle records are not included.
Auto-computed lifetime giving + donor tiers. Lifetime giving and tier assignment are calculated from completed donations only. When a completed donation arrives, ScanRaise recomputes the donor total and applies the highest configured threshold.
Tags + notes. Tag donors as "board-member", "lapsed-2024", "in-person-only", or "matching-gift-eligible". Free-text notes support stewardship reminders. Broadcast audiences currently come from mailing lists or optional past donors, not CRM tags. Tags are not email audience filters.
CSV export. Export the current donor list after applying search, date range, amount, or recurring-only filters. Use it for mail merges, board reports, or import into another tool. ScanRaise formats values that spreadsheet programs could otherwise treat as formulas.
GDPR / right-to-erasure. Per-user delete + anonymize endpoints. Donor record can be removed on request; transaction records stay (anonymized) for accounting compliance.
How the tier ladder works
Configurable giving thresholds. Set names and amounts for donor levels that fit your organization's recognition program.
Levels update after completed donations. When a donor crosses a configured threshold, the CRM level updates. Broadcast does not automatically add that donor to a level-based email audience.
Recalculate donor levels. After changing tier thresholds, recalculate all donor levels across the organization. Running the recalculation again does not duplicate totals.
Optional starting levels. New organizations can begin with Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Trustee levels, then rename them and adjust the amounts.
