What ships with the donor CRM

Unified donor record. Every interaction (donations, tickets, orders, auction wins, raffle entries) keyed by lower-cased email rolls up into one donor record per (org, email) pair. Search by name, email, date range, amount, recurring-only.

Auto-computed lifetime giving + donor tiers. The Donor row caches lifetime_cents and tier_id. On every completed donation, the webhook recomputes both and reassigns the tier. Bronze / Silver / Gold / Trustee thresholds you set; the donor tier badge updates automatically.

Tags + notes. Tag donors as "board-member", "lapsed-2024", "in-person-only", "matching-gift-eligible". Free-text notes for stewardship reminders. Tags integrate with email segmentation so you can send targeted blasts.

CSV export. Apply any filter (date range, amount, tags, tier) and export the matching donors to CSV. Use it for mail merges, board reports, or import into another tool. Formula-injection prevention built in (cells starting with =, +, -, @ get prefixed with a single quote).

GDPR / right-to-erasure. Per-user delete + anonymize endpoints. Donor record can be removed on request; transaction records stay (anonymized) for accounting compliance.

How the tier ladder works

Configurable thresholds in cents. Bronze $100 (lifetime), Silver $500, Gold $2,500, Trustee $10,000. Or whatever your org calls them; you can rename and re-threshold to fit your patron program.

Auto-recompute on every completed donation. Donor crosses a threshold? Tier auto-bumps. They get tagged into the next tier's email blast on the next send. No manual list-cleaning.

Recompute-everyone endpoint. When you adjust your tier ladder thresholds, hit the recompute endpoint to roll up every donor against the new ladder. Idempotent; safe to re-run.

Default ladder seedable for new orgs. One-call seed defaults: Bronze $100 / Silver $500 / Gold $2,500 / Trustee $10,000. Tweak from there or accept the defaults.
