Completed donations, confirmed ticket purchases, and paid store orders roll up by email. Lifetime giving and configurable donor tiers are calculated from completed donations only. Auction and raffle activity is not included in this CRM view. Add tags and admin notes for manual stewardship, then search or export using the available filters.

What ships with the donor CRM
Unified donor record. Completed donations, confirmed tickets, and paid store orders keyed by lower-cased email roll up into one donor view per organization and email pair. Search by name or email, date range, amount, or recurring-only status. Auction and raffle records are not included.
Auto-computed lifetime giving + donor tiers. Lifetime giving and tier assignment are calculated from completed donations only. When a completed donation arrives, ScanRaise recomputes the donor total and applies the highest configured threshold.
Tags + notes. Tag donors as "board-member", "lapsed-2024", "in-person-only", or "matching-gift-eligible". Free-text notes support stewardship reminders. Broadcast audiences currently come from mailing lists or optional past donors, not CRM tags. Tags are not email audience filters.
CSV export. Export the current donor list after applying search, date range, amount, or recurring-only filters. Use it for mail merges, board reports, or import into another tool. Formula-injection prevention is built in (cells starting with =, +, -, @ get prefixed with a single quote).
GDPR / right-to-erasure. Per-user delete + anonymize endpoints. Donor record can be removed on request; transaction records stay (anonymized) for accounting compliance.
How the tier ladder works
Configurable thresholds in cents. Bronze $100 (lifetime), Silver $500, Gold $2,500, Trustee $10,000. Or whatever your org calls them; you can rename and re-threshold to fit your patron program.
Auto-recompute on every completed donation. When a donor crosses a threshold, the CRM tier updates. Broadcast does not automatically add that donor to a tier-based email audience.
Recompute-everyone endpoint. When you adjust your tier ladder thresholds, hit the recompute endpoint to roll up every donor against the new ladder. Idempotent; safe to re-run.
Default ladder seedable for new orgs. One-call seed defaults: Bronze $100 / Silver $500 / Gold $2,500 / Trustee $10,000. Tweak from there or accept the defaults.
