Steady, predictable revenue from monthly giving
Your organization configures named monthly or annual tiers. Donors choose from the active tiers on the giving page, complete subscription Checkout with Stripe, and use a signed management page to change an amount, update payment, or cancel at period end.
Set Up Recurring Giving
Built-in features
Configured tier checkout. Active recurring tiers appear in a separate Monthly or Yearly section on the giving page. A donor selects an offered tier and Stripe creates the subscription.
Named monthly or annual tiers. Configure the tier names, amounts, and billing interval your organization offers. Each active tier maps to a Stripe price and appears in the matching Monthly or Yearly view.
Signed donor management. A donor can recover a signed management link by email, change the amount within the same billing interval, and review the proration before confirming. Payment-method changes open Stripe's billing portal.
Cancellation at period end. The signed management page lets a donor schedule cancellation. Access continues through the paid period, and the page shows the effective date.
Stripe billing recovery. Invoices, retry timing, and billing messages follow the connected Stripe account's billing settings. Donors can open Stripe's portal from the management page to update their payment method.
Organizer visibility. The organizer giving manager lists recurring gifts and their current status. Recurring tier names are separate from the donor CRM's donation-only lifetime tiers.
Recurring program formats
Simple monthly giving. Configure one monthly tier, such as "Monthly supporter," and donors can select it from the Monthly view.
Bronze / Silver / Gold patron program. Offer several named monthly tiers with different amounts. These subscription tiers do not automatically assign donor CRM lifetime tiers.
Annual membership. Configure a yearly tier for an automatically renewing annual subscription. Billing notices follow the connected Stripe account's settings.
Recurring and one-time choices. The giving page can show configured recurring tiers alongside the existing one-time donation flow.
