Raffle management for in-person ticket sales
Manage raffle details, show ticket information on a public page, accept free entries when offered, and select one confirmed entry when it is time to draw. Paid ticket sales are handled in person by the organizer. Online ticket sales are not available.
Set Up a Raffle
What's built in
In-person sales support. Publish the raffle ticket price and organizer details while the organization handles payment and ticket distribution in person. Online ticket sales are not available.
Raffle setup. Add a name, description, image, one ticket price, an optional ticket limit, and a draw time.
Winner drawing. An organizer starts the drawing. ScanRaise randomly selects one confirmed entry, weighted by entry quantity, and records one winner.
Winner notification. After the organizer runs the drawing, ScanRaise emails the selected winner with the raffle name and organizer.
Paid online entries paused. ScanRaise does not currently process paid raffle ticket purchases online. Organizations can handle ticket sales in person.
Ways to use the raffle tools
In-person basket raffle. Publish the basket details, one ticket price, and the draw time. The organizer handles payment and ticket distribution in person.
Free-entry drawing. Offer free online entry, collect confirmed entries, and let the organizer run the winner drawing.
Event raffle page. Share the prize description, image, organizer, ticket information, and draw time from one public page.
Completed raffle result. After the drawing, the public raffle page shows the recorded winner and completed status.
