Sell merch, swag, and numbered-edition art
Spirit wear for the school, signed posters for the indie film, numbered prints for the gallery. Product creation and editing are not available in the browser today; product setup currently uses the organizer API. The storefront supports buyer checkout, and organizers can manage orders for products that have already been configured.
Create Your OrganizationWhat's built in
Sizes and inventory tracking. Choose sizes and an optional inventory limit. The store updates inventory during checkout and marks the product sold out when the limit is reached. Availability can change until payment is confirmed.
Numbered editions. Set the edition size for a configured product. Each paid order receives the next available edition number, which appears on the receipt, and the item is marked sold out when the edition is complete.
Up to 12 product photos. Front, back, detail, modeled. Same multi-image system as auctions and P2P pages.
Shipping address + Stripe Tax. Buyer enters shipping address at checkout. Stripe Tax computes sales tax based on the buyer's state (six US states have art-specific exemptions; Stripe Tax handles them).
Order management. Organizers can review paid orders, record shipping details, and mark orders shipped or delivered. Buyers receive placed, shipped, and delivered messages through the ScanRaise email envelope.
Storefront formats that work
School spirit wear. T-shirts, hoodies, hats, water bottles. 6 sizes per shirt. Bulk inventory. Order pickup at the school office or mail-out via Stripe Tax for out-of-state alums.
Numbered-edition art prints. "Edition of 50, signed by the artist." Each buyer gets a sequential edition number printed on the receipt. The artist signs/numbers each piece manually before shipping.
Signed memorabilia. Configure a quantity of one for a signed jersey, a one-of-a-kind painting, or a signed yearbook. The listing is marked sold out after the paid order is recorded.
Cause-themed merch. A local artist can design a charity tee while the organization manages the product, fulfillment, and any separate artist arrangement.
