Event tickets, on the same platform as your donations
Sell tickets to galas, fun runs, dinners, and carnivals on the same account as your donations. Price tiers like General, Patron, Sponsor, and tables, check guests in with a QR code at the door, and add buyers to your donor records. Buyers pay no added per-ticket fee.
Set Up Event TicketingWhat's built in
Ticket tiers. As many tiers as the event needs, each with its own price, capacity, seats per ticket for tables, and order on the event page.
Hidden tiers. A tier can stay off the public page until it is ready to sell.
QR check-in. Each ticket has a QR code that cannot be reused after check-in. Door staff scan it, and attendance counts update.
Buyers in your donor records. A confirmed purchase adds the buyer's name and email to donor history. Lifetime giving uses completed donations only, so a ticket does not change a donor's level.
2.5% from the organization's share. No per-ticket fee is added for the buyer. The 2.5% platform fee comes out of the organization's proceeds, like donations.
Common event formats
Benefit gala. General, Patron, Sponsor, and table tiers, with an auction alongside and QR check-in at the door.
Fall carnival. A family pack and individual tickets, scanned at the entry tent.
Fun run or charity walk. A registration tier, plus a day-of tier at a higher price.
