For Multi-Org Leagues
Schools vs schools. Departments vs departments.
The "league battle" feature pits two or more organizations against each other in a single public race. Crown badges for the leader, flame badges for tied leaders, a live projector page anyone can throw on a screen at the kickoff event. Use it for a school district's annual giving tournament or a corporate department-vs-department challenge.

What ships with the league feature
Crown / flame badges. Top org gets a crown. Tied leaders get the flame. The badges update live as new donations roll in. Visible at every viewer's first glance who's winning.
Public projector page at /league/<your-league-name>. Auto-refreshes every 30 seconds. Press F for full-screen at the gala or kickoff event. The audience sees the standings climb in real time.
Per-org goals. Set the goal each member org is racing toward (Maple Elementary $20K, Lincoln Elementary $25K, Washington Elementary $15K). The leaderboard ranks by % progress to the per-org goal so a smaller org with a smaller goal can still win on effort.
Department vs Department preset. For corporate fundraisers: Engineering vs Sales vs Marketing inside one company. Same league mechanics, but the projector page renders the corporate logo at the top and tags the league as a corporate intra-company race.
Public visibility toggle. Default off (admin-only); flip to public when you want the league URL out in the world. League admins can manage rosters and goals before the public sees anything.
Real league formats
School district giving tournament. Six elementaries in the district. Each PTA runs a fall fundraiser. League leaderboard ranks by total raised. Winning school gets a visit from the superintendent + bragging rights for the year.
Sports league championship. 12 youth-soccer teams in a regional league. Each team's parents run a per-team fundraiser. League leader at end-of-season covers tournament travel for the whole league.
Corporate department challenge. Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations. Each department has a goal. Live leaderboard in the lobby. Losing departments buy lunch for the winning department; the company donates per dollar raised to the winning department's chosen charity.
Sister-charity race. Three local food banks team up for an awareness week. Donations split based on which food bank's QR was scanned. League page shows the live total + per-org breakdown.
