Mobile Bidding and Silent Auction Software
Run a mobile silent auction with reserves, buy-now prices, outbid emails, and winner payment emails through Stripe Connect. Each lot has a description and one image. Standard fundraising has a flat 2.5% platform fee.
Set Up an AuctionWhat the auction tool includes
Mobile bidding. Bidders scan the QR code or open the auction page and bid from their phones. Anyone outbid gets an email.
Private reserve. If bids stay below the reserve, the lot closes without a winner. Bidders see whether the reserve is met, never the amount.
Buy-now. A bidder can pay the buy-now price to end the lot right away.
Lot details. Add a name, description, opening bid, private reserve, buy-now price, and closing time, plus one HTTPS image URL per lot.
Winner payment. With Stripe Connect configured, closing a winning lot creates a payment link and emails it to the winner. The 2.5% platform fee comes out of the proceeds.
Auction formats
Silent auction at a gala. Bidding opens at cocktail hour, and lots close at staggered times so checkout does not bottleneck.
Online art auction. A two-week run with reserves on the important pieces and buy-now on popular ones.
School experiences. Lunch with the principal or front-row concert seats, bid on during a giving week.
Sports memorabilia. Reserves protect rare items, and buy-now sells popular ones quickly.
