ScanRaise gives every player a QR card and donation link to share with family, friends, and neighbors. Gifts are tracked by player and by team or division, so coaches and team parents can follow progress toward tournament travel, uniforms, or season fees without handling cash.

How a team uses it

1. Create the campaign. A coach or team parent sets up the campaign online and sets the goal. Donations go straight to the team's or club's own Stripe account.

2. Group players by team. For a club with several teams, group players by team or age division, such as 12U and 14U, so you can compare teams at a glance.

3. Share it where parents already are. Post the campaign link in the team chat, and have players hand cards to grandparents and neighbors.

4. Track and export. See totals by player and team, and export donations as a CSV for the club treasurer.

The campaign page can show the top fundraisers, or you can hide player totals and show only team totals.

Banquet tickets

Sell seats for the end-of-season banquet or entries for a golf outing, and scan each ticket's QR code at check-in.

Sponsor records

Local business sponsors and family donors land in one list with tags and notes, ready for next season.

Run-a-thons

Sponsors pledge per mile, and players log distance with GPS in the phone browser. ScanRaise flags suspicious entries so you can check them before any sponsor is charged.

For school use, ScanRaise is listed in the SDPC resource registry and provides parental-consent and student-data controls designed to support schools' COPPA and FERPA obligations. Fees

ScanRaise keeps 2.5% of each donation, and Stripe adds a card-processing fee. There is no setup or monthly fee.
