Funding a mission trip

1. Create the campaign. A youth pastor or church administrator sets up the campaign online and sets the goal. Donations go straight to the church's own Stripe account.

2. Add the youth group. Type in the names or upload the roster. Each student gets a QR card and a personal link.

3. Share it after the service. Students hand out cards in the fellowship hall and send their links to grandparents and family friends. Members who would rather support the whole trip can use the QR code in the bulletin.

4. Keep the records. See each student's total and every gift, and export donations as a CSV for the church office. Donors get an email confirmation of each gift, and year-end giving statements still come from the church.

Bulletin and lobby QR codes

Print a campaign's QR code in the bulletin or on a lobby sign for the building fund or a seasonal appeal.

Text-to-give

Members can text the church's keyword to the ScanRaise text-to-give number and get one reply with the donation link.

Dinner tickets

Sell seats for the spaghetti dinner or a benefit concert, and scan each ticket's QR code at the door.

Member fundraising pages

Members can create their own fundraising page for a cause and share it, with every gift credited to the church's campaign.

Cost

ScanRaise keeps 2.5% of each gift, and Stripe charges a separate card-processing fee. There is no setup or monthly fee. Members can choose to cover the fees when they give.
