What you get on day one

Multi-image listings. Auctions, store products, and patron pages each carry up to 12 photos. Front, detail, hanging shot, signature/back. Donors swipe through the full set on mobile, expand to full-screen on desktop.
Auction-house metadata. Every auction lot gets medium, dimensions, year created, low/high estimate, provenance. The estimate range displays alongside the current bid so collectors know whether the piece is below, at, or above the high.
Tiered event tickets. GA, Patron, Sponsor, Table-of-10, plus private member-preview tiers that only show to patrons. Each tier has its own price, capacity, and seat count.
Numbered editions. "Edition of 25, this is #7" prints right on the receipt. The store auto-assigns the next sequential number on each order; once the edition closes the listing flips to soldout.
Donation tier auto-recognition. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Trustee thresholds use completed donations only. Confirmed tickets and paid store orders can appear in CRM history but do not increase the lifetime tier value. Auction activity is not included.
Multi-tier recurring memberships. Configure named monthly or annual tiers. Patrons use a signed management page to change an amount within the same interval, update payment, or cancel at period end.
List-based email broadcasts. Maintain a mailing list for member previews or another intended audience, then select it in Broadcast. Current recipient selection does not query donor tier, lifetime giving, inactivity, or tags.
Artist attribution. Store product records can identify the artist. ScanRaise does not automate artist settlement, so the gallery handles any separate artist payment and reconciliation.

Workflow: a single benefit gala, end to end

Create the event. Add tiers: GA $50, Patron $250, Sponsor $1,000, Table-of-10 $2,500. Mark the patron preview tier as private until launch.
List the auction lots. Each lot carries 4-8 photos, medium, dimensions, year, low/high estimate, and provenance. Reserve and buy-now optional.
Open the patron preview to an organizer-maintained patron mailing list. Run a 7-day soft launch where invited patrons can buy before GA opens.
Open the gala to the public. Live leaderboard at the venue. Donors scan QR cards on every wall placard to bid or buy directly from their phones.
Auctions close and winners receive email. Store and auction payments follow the organization's configured payment mode. The gallery handles any separate artist settlement.
After the event, organizers can use CRM tags and donation-only tiers for follow-up. Recurring donors manage their subscription from a signed management page.
