Start a Performing Arts Campaign

Plan around the production

Name the production need. Build a campaign around a defined purpose such as costumes, licensing, rehearsal space, travel, equipment, or access tickets.

Choose the event workflow. Decide whether the organization needs paid or free event tickets, check-in, a separate donation ask, or an auction alongside the performance.

Set cast and crew participation rules. Organizers can create individual fundraiser pages and choose the public display names used on personal QR cards.

Plan reporting before launch. Use campaign totals, participant totals, donor records, and CSV exports to support the organization's reconciliation process.

Connected campaigns receive funds through the organization's Stripe account. Approved platform campaigns receive monthly payouts. Standard fundraising has a 2.5% platform fee per donation, and payment processing is separate.
