For Swim Teams

Your swim-a-thon deserves better than a clipboard

Swimmers wear their watch. Laps sync through Strava automatically. Donors pledge per lap. We calculate totals and collect payments by email. No volunteers counting laps. No chasing pledge money.

Sound familiar?

Volunteers counting laps on paper. One person per lane with a clipboard. They lose count. The numbers don't add up. It's chaos.
Pledge math is a nightmare. Johnny swam 42 laps. Grandma pledged $0.50/lap. Uncle Dave pledged $2/lap with a $40 cap. Who owes what?
Chasing payments takes weeks. Paper pledge forms go home. Parents forget. You send reminders. Some never pay. Money left on the table.
No swim-a-thon platform uses smartwatches. Every existing platform relies on manual entry. It's 2026. Kids are wearing $300 watches that count every lap.

How ScanRaise swim-a-thons work

Set your pool length (25m, 25yd, 50m). Create the campaign. Add each swimmer.
Donors visit each swimmer's page and pledge per lap or donate a flat amount.
Swimmers wear their watch and swim. After, they sync to Strava. ScanRaise imports distance and calculates laps automatically.
No watch? Manual entry works too. Volunteer enters laps, or swimmer self-reports.
Click "Calculate" then "Collect." Every pledger gets an email with their total and a payment link. No chasing.
